As energy performance awareness and demand increases within the commercial sector, Avendale continues to see an increase in requests for thermally insulated metal roof systems, replacement or overclad, both producing great results and exceeding client expectations. Avendale’s history and quality assurance saw this roofing project through in record time, accompanied by some innovative retrofit upgrades.

As energy performance awareness and demand increases within the commercial sector, Avendale continues to see an increase in requests for thermally insulated metal roof systems, replacement or over-clad both producing great results and exceeding client expectations.
Avendale’s history and quality assurance saw this roofing project through in record time, accompanied by some innovative retrofit upgrades.
A key deliverable for the project, was to work within the limitations of an existing outdated steel structure whilst modernising and proposing new designs and techniques to offer a robust, maintenance free solution.
Phase 2 of this project, included new insulated metal roof sheet full over-clad and doubleglazed electric window pack to be installed to the upper level. The requirements of the client focused on thermally upgrading the roof for the winter months, whilst the windows offered a natural air flow option for the warmer periods. An efficient way to save on heating and Air conditioning costs through the year.
